New Delivery to Newfoundland!

A chance for Newfoundland growers to save on greenhouse shipping!

**DEADLINE FOR ORDERING FEBRUARY 16, 2021**

Right now we are gearing up to come to the island again in April and are offering a group delivery discount for anyone in Newfoundland to get in on the upcoming delivery run!

This is your opportunity to save. If you act quickly, you can get in on this load and have your building delivered to your door by the manufacturer.

For a long time now the growers in eastern Canada have worked together with us to make their structure shipping less expensive and more timely.

By planning ahead, we group things together so the freight component is less. Get your order in before Feb 16th to take advantage of these savings! We look forward to helping you with your project!

Open for the New Year, Protocol Updates

Thank you to everyone for your wonderful support through an ever changing time!
Our office has reopened this week for 2021 but will remain strictly closed to in person visits. We are able to be reached by phone and email and look forward to connecting with you!
With the new restrictions and protocols which were mandated by the provincial government on Dec. 26, it will be necessary for us to verify if there are any of these restrictions which apply to any of the buildings which we supply. We will be posting this information as we become aware. As per last spring, we know we are able to sell and deliver agricultural buildings and will be finding out for any others.
Any orders which customers will be picking up, will be considered “curb side pick up” and as such, these orders must be prepaid and there will not have any contact with our staff.
Customers picking up orders will be required to wear masks while on the MSS property and are not permitted to look around.
Customers who are receiving an MSS delivered building will receive our delivery protocol a few days in advance. This protocol must be acknowledged and agreed to before a delivery can take place. Please contact our office if you would like to see a copy of this protocol or look on our website here
We thank you for your patience as we continue to work through this challenging time.
We will post further updates with more information as the information becomes available or changes.
We look forward to working with you on your 2021 projects
Stay tuned for further details

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year from MSS (& a heads up!)

We are so grateful for everyone who chose Multi Shelters this year for your special projects, or who have shown interest and found us in your research.

We have been able to continue running during a challenging year for everyone, and we have adapted as the situations rapidly changed.

We are grateful we are considered part of the Agricultural Food System and have been able to continue to provide you with your shelters. For many this year, a greenhouse has meant food security, and we are thankful to be part of your new journey.

We are also grateful for everyone who helped to adapt to the changing situations, with new protocols and a closed-to-visitors office policy. We appreciate everyone adhering to the new delivery policies and helping yourselves and our staff stay safe and healthy.

We thank you for your patience and understanding as delivery times increased and we were managing a higher than usual volume of requests.

Our staff has worked extra hard this year, nearly non stop since March to ensure everyone had their structure in the most timely manner possible, so this year we will be closed for our Christmas shut down from 2:30pm December 18, 2020, and reopening 9am January 4, 2021

if there is an emergency an email can be sent to norm@sheltersolutions.ca

We wish everyone a very happy and healthy holiday and new years and look forward to partnering with you in 2021!

Deliveries to Newfoundland!

**exciting announcement**

Our driver left this morning with our very first delivery to Newfoundland!

This has been something we have wanted to do as a company for a long time.

We deliver frequently to the east coast, which offers significant savings for our customers. Unfortunately, for our Newfoundland customers, things have never worked out to be included in those savings.

We do have a number of structures already in NFLD but this is the first time we can deliver them ourselves

This is partly a “trial run” for us so that we can have all the kinks worked out and do an even bigger load exclusively to the island, likely in April 2021.

Please contact us if you’re in NFLD and are interested in getting in on that delivery!

Thank you to all of our customers who have been working with us and planning ahead for their purchases.

Update on Shipping to the USA & Eastern Canada

At this time, with our present workload and the additional border regulations, Multi Shelters is focusing on our Canadian customers for the rest of 2020 and will reassess this position in the new year.

We are grateful for our previous US customers trust in Multi Shelters and hope things settle more for us to be able to serve you again in the future.

This means Multi Shelter Solutions will not be accepting or shipping orders to the USA for the remainder of 2020. Please contact Norm, the owner, if you have any additional questions. Thank you.

For our Canadian customers, you will need to place your order ASAP if you hope to get it before Christmas.

East coast customers, our November truck is already getting filled and we do not plan on another run out your way until the spring. The October truck is full.

This Thanksgiving weekend especially, we want to thank everyone for your trust and continued support of Multi Shelters. We are grateful to be part of so many of your projects this year and beyond.

Have a safe and wonderful holiday

Savings for Newfoundland!

A chance for Newfoundland growers to save on greenhouse shipping!

Right now we have received a large structure order which is not quite enough to warrant our truck going to the island.

This is your opportunity to save. If you act quickly, there is time to put a truckload together and have your building delivered to your door by the manufacturer.

For a long time now the growers in eastern Canada have worked together with us to make their structure shipping less expensive and more timely.

By planning ahead, we group things together so the freight component is less. Get your order in next week to take advantage of these savings! We look forward to helping you with your project!
