Important COVID-19 Update
A note from Norm and update on COVID-19 protocols
We are grateful that the majority of our customers are working with us to help keep everyone safe. With the recent escalation of numbers of the virus cases, I think that it is prudent to keep our protocols in place at least until Christmas.
As such our office is closed to visitors. All customers will be sent, and required to respond to, our protocol list. This includes customers which we are delivering to and the ones that are picking up.
These are more than suggestions. These are rules which we have in place to help keep our staff and customers safe. Customers who fail to abide by our protocols will be asked to leave the property (pick ups) or the driver leaving the property (deliveries).
We are all in this together and together we will get through it.
Thank you for the opportunity of serving your structure needs in these challenging times.
Trade Show & Covid-19 Update 5/26
We received word on Friday that the International Plowing Match in October has been cancelled for 2020. Hastings Plowing Match in August was cancelled earlier. The physical Outdoor Farm Show has been cancelled this week, and they are working to see if they can create a virtual solution. We will keep you updated. Multi Shelters will not be attending the Sheep Classic as originally planned.
We realize that the safety of all employees and visitors is the utmost priority. It still is disappointing since we enjoy meeting interested visitors, answering questions and sharing full examples of our buildings. We look forward to seeing you soon, safely, in the near future.
For the last several months, there have been restrictions on non agricultural buildings being delivered to non agricultural properties. These buildings had been classified as non essential. We are pleased to announce that these restrictions have been lifted and we are now allowed to either deliver these buildings or have customers pick them up.
The protocols which have been implemented to ensure social distancing requirements and the safety of our staff and customers are still very much in place. Each customer is receiving an email approximately one week prior to delivery/pick up, which outlines the requirements and expectations. This must be acknowledged and accepted before delivery/pick is allowed. You can see the example here
We are grateful for the ways that our customers have been working with us to implement all these practices. Please continue to do your part and together we can do this
